EXTRA STRENGTH FOR ADULTS

Quality-7
Count- 7

Very good clean dope. Light colored and fluffy. (Editors Note: This name cracks me up, it sounds like cough syrup)

Quality- 6.5
Count- 7

Above average. Def worth the money and something I would be happy getting regularly.

This stuff blows. I think I've had it before without a branding. Lots of powder but very weak. Didn't even catch a nod off a bag and I have little to no tolerance. (Editors note: Isn't the name of the heroin in American Gangster? Am I wrong about this?)

WORLDWIDE/HIGHOCTANE & DREAMCHASER

Worldwide and High Octane from Williamsburg, BK
"This guy always has these two stamps and they are always consistently good. I rate everything based on these because, IMO, they are the best that I have gotten. Plus, the size is always really good and consistent. These are the only bags I have gotten that actually weigh out to 0.1g"

8 overall (for both)
(ed note: looks like there are a couple versions of WORLDWIDE floating around.. this one looks like the oldschool version first reviewed back in '09.)
"Dream Chaser" from Trenton, NJ
"Was pleasantly surprised by this because the last stamp I got from this guy was crap (Rich Gang, which I see has good reviews on here but I was not impressed..) Anyway, 3 bags had me nodding hard and puking out the window of my boy's car, which hasn't happened in a while so needless to say I was very impressed.. Would put it at an 8 overall.

WORLDWIDE (3)

"First review on the site. (WORLDWIDE) is around Flatbush (and has been) for about two years now. I've been on dope for ten years and I had my first OD a week ago on this stamp. I normally do 6-bag shots but I do 3 of these and I'm good until nighttime. Dope went from a dark brown to almost a yellowish. Fire."

--anonymous reader submission from Brooklyn, I'm glad you are alright, OP!

PLEASE REMEMBER: Even if you are an experienced user, it's ALWAYS smart to ***DO A TEST SHOT!*** You may have used the same stamp safely in the past, but you never know how a new batch or cut will affect you!

SONS OF ANARCHY

"This stamp is called Sons of Anarchy. (It's a) pretty dope stamp and the quality matches. This comes from the BK/queens border near Bushwick and Ridgewood. Dope is a light tan color and it has that nice vinegar smell that good D usually has. Bags are always very good count and probably the best stuff I've gotten lately. 80/bun."

Note from Jynxie: Conscientious contributor L.  also forwarded along a couple links to warn users about potentially dangerous product making the rounds in NY and PA markets...

"Hey, I came across this article and seeing as how the blog is for harm prevention I figured you could post this article for the readers to be aware." --Link to CNN story about Fentanyl laced Heroin in the Pittsburgh, PA area HERE

"Also, in NY a stamp called 24K is (reportedly) being laced with Fentanyl and Metamizole and has caused a few deaths in Nassau county." --Read Newsday article HERE.

MAGIC CITY

This stamp comes from a high end, extremely reliable delivery service in W'burg.

"These guys have always had top notch product, but this is package is hands down the best dope I have ever come across. Very fluffy, with a STRONG taste and a lovely off white / light gray color... all of which pointed towards me being in for a treat, but my first sampling *STILL* knocked my socks off and had my nodding out like it was my first time!

I do not IV but I do have a pretty decent tolerance for a sniffer (10 bags daily for the last 2-3 years) If you IV or are just getting into dope, PLEASE be careful with this one - I am not playing about how strong it is!"

ACE of HEARTS

Copped in Williamsburg, BK...

Best product I have come across in the neighborhood in a while! This connect was formerly slingin' something called "Public Enemy #1" for some time which wasn't terrible but this is far superior. No name or letter on the bag, just an image of an Ace of Hearts (which) I suspect is pre-printed (ie not stamped).
A bit pricey at $100/bun, but a very consistent product nonetheless.
I only sniff so I can't comment on rush but otherwise..

RED BUTTERFLY

"My last review was World Wide, this stamp has replaced it (Red Butterfly) and the dope IS different and even BETTER!! Very strong. Ive been trying to write this review for well over 2 hours!! Very heavy nods although im a bit tired.
This stamp is no joke.  (ed note: Careful, folks; DO A TEST SHOT!!!)

10's across the board.

Best H ive done in NYC! (I know I said that about World Wide a few days ago but this Red Butterfly takes the cake..)
Its clean and very potent so be SUPER careful! Ive been in the game for a long time and this is the real deal people. Prospect Heights area. Goodluck!!!
Buy it all up if you can, oh and bring your wallet--$100 buns no breaks. "

Rush: OMFG! 8

"By far the best grease Ive come across this year. Most of my doings are in Brooklyn.  WORLD WIDE is a Prospect Heights area thing and today the stamp turned into a red butterfly. Have no idea why. Same shit. It may go back to the original stamp. These bags are not stamped by the way. They are decorated from the factory. lol
The stuff inside is heaven. It started with red bags which was absolute FIRE and quickly went to blue which seemed just a little less potent but still high quality."

eta: Here's another review of WORLDWIDE from way back in 2009, Im always amused with reiterations of stamps--these newfangled "factory print" versions are an interesting development, ha!  http://dequinceyjynxie.blogspot.com/2009/09/worldwide.html

Thought I'd review this as it's recently been the best i've seen in awhile.  Get it from the same folks as always, but recently it's been giving me that implacable, back in the day, mayonnaise in my nostrils feel.

NICKELODEON ("Do do you have it..GUTS!"/"Double Dare") / WARHORSE

"Been enjoying these little guys for a little while- so I thought I would send a review."

"Picked up in Manhattan- they have been through a few incarnations.  First a couple of Nickelodeon stamps: "Do do do do you have it... GUTS!" and "Double Dare 2000" in white and blue glassines, but mainly plain blue (pictured above).  Powder is very light tan, flaky and pebbly with a few crystals- breaks up fluffy."

"Nice and easy on the schnozz, and a mellow, energizing high with a nice nod after settling down when work is done.  Hangs around for a while and lets me back down easy.  Bags are kind of light but the price is definitely right.  These are my favorite go-to at the moment."

**Big thanks to reader "S" for submitting a RED warhorse! --Jynxie 1/17/13

"Also picked up some white bags in Brooklyn with a green stamp of a horse labeled "WAR HORSE".  Powder light tan and a tad grainy."

"Pretty pricey with fair-sized bags but still a little light.  First one I tried made me sick (headache, nauseated)  so I shelved them, but hauled them out later without the same effect.  Burn like heck when snorted. Fairly sedating.
Whatever these are cut with is a little caustic and unpleasant.
Overall these didn't treat me all that well--but may be the cat's pajamas for someone else--who knows?"

VENOM

Hey Junkies, your favorite girl E.V.E. here....

Presenting Venom, from the Williamsburg, Brooklyn area. I have to admit, I was really giddy when I saw this stamp, as a scorpion is the symbol of my astrological sign. Pretty good dope, not as good as Hellboy© (which is widely considered the best stamp Brooklyn currently has to offer) but a good alternative.

TAXI

Hello junkie delinquents, your girl EVE here...

I present TAXI, from the same crew who does Hellboy. Your average Brooklyn dope - you get a good nod going on & a pleasant rush, with a decent count. Basically, if it was a woman, it would be your girl-next-door; pretty enough to a turn a head or two, but not pretty enough to stop traffic.

UPDATE - I must have been high when I originally wrote this. This stuff sucks. Takes way too much to just get right, let alone high. UGH.

Unrelated, feel free to send posts, craziness, or whatever my way at eveandthesnake@gmail.com. Have at me!

CLEANUP

Hey Jynxie, your girl in the hustle, EVE here.
CLEAN UP (Immediately thinking of the Barney song is a pretty good litmus test for if you're a child of the 90's) from Brooklyn, delivery again, no specific area (considering open air is pretty much dead & delivery rules, why do people bother with specific areas?)
Finally, some decent stuff! Really good rush, good legs, my only complaint would be that it might be a bit too "sleepy" but sometimes it's hard to tell if it is the junk or just me, because I am a seriously sleepy bitch, to the point where I'm starting to think if I wasn't so tall I might be the offspring of that snow white dame & her narcoleptic little person lover (because you know she got it on with those seven dudes--but don't google it---It'll just kill your dreams)

UNLEASHED

"Unleashed from Brooklyn (no specific area, delivery service). From the makers of hellboy. Good rush, not-so-great legs, but overall solid stuff. Not anything to write home about but probably the best you're gonna do for Brooklyn right now. Decent amount in each bag. I wish I could get a hold of some fire shit, or at least find someone who will sell one/two bags instead of these bundle or nothing dudes. Arghhhh. WHERE are the open markets in NYC anymore?*

*ed note: Even NYC's grittiest sepia shadows have become simply annotated captions of a 2013 Times Square caricature artist's "portrait du desespoir": days of yonder. BY MEMORY! The last 2 decades have humored the "war on drugs" expansion to encompass any and all related ephemera within the free market-meets-lordoftheflies methodology that spurns urban economy/hustle, perhaps by exploiting its inherent cycles of decay and rebirth. While the "forces that be" fill their quotas by schlepping vanloads of sweaty, tired, private citizens who unwittingly shat a little too close to where they dined that day.. (and then shit ON themselves while waiting for a bed in the holding cell to wallow in. ;happens to the best of us, duh.;) Naturally, the advent of cellular phones, SMS messaging, winks and nods, carrier pigeons, and Scientologist sea-org interns on the block has changed its modus operandi. Check out this thread for some proper chatteringjunkboxes on the topic: NYC? Is Open Air Dead?

"Also I need reader/your help. I've copped some weird dope lately that is cut with something STRANGE. The dope is super gritty, like sand, won't dissolve well, and almost turns into a paste (!!??) when mixed with water. Milky yellow color. My dealer friend said maybe pills. I don't have a photo but it comes in a red bag, no stamp. I only get it when I'm desperate as it's usually crap. Any ideas? Anyone know about this shit?"    ----Yours as always, EVE

-- Drywall dust? Enfamil, quinine, GMC BootyBuilder2000 Protein Powder.. and drywall dust? I implore y'all: if your "dope" is not water soluble, and even so far as does not appear reasonably CLEAR in its final solution after dilution, a little heat/agitation, and proper filtration.. PLEASE DO NOT INJECT SUCH A SOLUTION INTO YOUR BODY! xxxJynxie

LAW (and) ORDER

"
"This stamp is called "Law & Order". This stamp comes from the same guys that were doing Tapout, formerly Dr. Pepper formerly 7-UP. I sometimes see Tapout around, but it's not the same as it used to be and now all the guys who were selling Tapout are selling Law & Order. The bags are fat. Its beige, a little flaky and has the same "Benzo" taste that Tapout had. Though it burns a little bit after using for a prolonged period of time and is starting to really hurt my nose when sniffing, it's still pretty decent stuff."

"First time reviewer, long time reader.  I am friends with a few of the posters/readers so I thought I'd share!  I was always reading the blog on my phone and never saw the email address to send entries, so I should be contributing every so often now. My post is long, if you want to shorten it I will not take offense :)

Also, I'm not sure if this belongs here so you can decide to put it or not. (ed. note: why not..lots of speedball fans out there.:D)

North Brooklyn, December '12

A long standing delivery service has extraordinary vials of powder c!  They are the tiny vials but are packed very dense with what must be at least a gram of some of the best quality I have ever tried.  Very Strong, yet clean. Dissolves like spring water for IVers and very easy on the nose.  I highly recommend!!"

Thanks for keeping this blog running all these years!!"

"This is from source of another legend type stamp in Bk called Empire.  Some people call these bags clowns and some call them Skulls, which can be confusing bc there is another stamp from this source that is a skull in cross bones that also gets called skulls.  So to keep it simple I call this clowns and the other Skulls.  Apparently Empire/skulls/clowns is all the same product and they just switch up the stamp at times.  It is consistently great product that i can't imagine someone having complaints about. The only negative I can think of is the count can be very small in some of the bags. I gave it a 4 count rating not bc they are all small, most of them are average, but one or two out of the bun will be tiny. Still you will get more bang for your buck with this vs 90% of what else is out there.

I heard a rumor that they released ill grill, which is a stamp that used to come and go but has not been seen in years. Supposedly it is the best thing around right now. Even better than it's cousin stamps."

Post-Sandy Sundries..Pain-in-Ass or Business-as-Usual?

Greetings dear readers,
I hope you are all safe and sound from the terrible storm last week. I lead a pretty quiet life far away out here in the crimson shadow of a "red" state.. I haven't the company of a boob tube for some time so I'm pretty poor at paying attention to the news. When I finally looked up "Sandy" images online I was SHOCKED to say the least. I lived in the East Village during 9/11..watched it all happen from my roof. New Yorkers pulled together pretty miraculously back then..Looking back it was rather inspirational and made me pretty proud to be there and a part of that community.

But this storm is a whole different kind of mess, eh?
The city as a whole was a very different place in 2001.
There were still real people living in the neighborhoods..folks with nowhere else to go.
